Unfolding is a physical meditation practice designed to help resolve pain, restore stability and refine the movement quality of our body. 

This is achieved through an ever-growing blend of training and meditation techniques that teach us to reclaim a more positive relationship with our physical and mental health.

HOW TO BEGIN UNFOLDING?

Through the guidance of the app, classes or one-to-one coaching, you will learn to blend techniques together to find out what is right for you. Forging your own path to physical freedom.

You will explore meditation, movement, breath-work, stillness, expansion, posture, mobility, stability training and more.
